Rent is $200 a week plus elec and gas which are quarterly. Its a big apartment not very old with undercover parking 2 toilets huge kitchen dishwasher built in wardrobe in the spare room big balcony. Plus is only 5 mins drive from beach 1 min walk from shopping complex that has woolies fruit shop butcher etc. And its a 8 minute walk to the station!
