The house has a lovely garden with some views of Simpsons Bay. It is ideally located , a 2 minute walk to Bonnievale Beach; 10 minute walk to Horderns Beach; 15 minute walk to ferry and shops. There are 3 bedrooms containing 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds and trundles. There is a bathroom and toilet in the house and a separate laundry, shower and toilet downstairs. Great for one or two families to getaway from it all. The house is comfortable and children are welcome. No linen or towels are provided – you need to bring your own. No smoking. No pets.
