I have a room available in a brand new apartment complex in Wolli Creek. The complex is 2-3 weeks away from opening and is just having the lawns, BBQS etc installed.

The apartment will be completely finished with modern furniture and will have a very stylish decor throughout, the room available is unfurnished.

The room is a very good size with a private balcony and huge built-in mirrored wardrobes, the main bathroom is your private bathroom with a huge shower.

I am very easy going and easy to get along with and really just want someone who is happy, friendly, not moody and just a pleasure to be around with.

I am 25 years old and I am a Owner/Partner in a International PR Company. I do have an office in the City but I choose to work from home, as I am dealing with Media and Press around the world so I have no set hours.

So you may see me up on the lounge on my laptop late most nights, but I will always take calls after 7pm downstairs so you can relax after work yourself.

I am very very easy person to get along with and would be very happy if a friendship can come from a great living arrangement.
