We are a Christian family living in a 2 storey house opposite a park. We are looking for likeminded professional single couple or single parent with schoolage child to live in the bottom storey. There are 2 rooms +own bathroom share laundry and kitchen. Opposite path. Sorry No pets. Utilities: Depending on whether you are a couple or single with child we have been dividing up the power gas bill by approx 1/3. We have gas hot water so billls have been cheap.
