I have a single room available in my house in Kogarah. I work full time as a school teacher and am looking for a flatmate between the ages of 22 and 35 with no kids. The house is only 2mins walk to the station and shops. Its only 15mins on the train to the city and the beach is close by. If you are interested and are a person who cleans up after themself as a matter of habit and does not have to be asked to tidy up their mess then please contact me to arrnage to see the room. The house has been newly renovated (kitchen and bathroom) and is very comfortable with large living areas and high ceilings. Cost of bills (water gas and electricity) is unknown at this stage as I have not received the first bills. Rent is to be paid in advance on the Saturday of each week. Bond is 4 weeks – $820. I am seeking a flatmate who is not a recreational/illegal drug user and does not drink excessively. You would be welcome to have a few mates over on weekends but this is not a house for big parties. Also no frequent visitors on weeknights. The room can be left unfurnished or can be furnished if you prefer including a brand new IKEA bed and a clothes rack. Furnishings in the room are available at a negotiated price.No smokers need apply. No kids or pets also.
