Decent sized room already with Single Bed. Medium sized yard with outhouse (not to say we don’t have a bathroom toilet, just saying) we have a friendly dog to keep you company on the lonely nights. And there are two of us already here and we don’t bite. much.

Note: We Split Water, Gas And Power Equally, Gas normally comes in at around $60 a period and power about $260 a period then it’s just a split :D.

We have no real objections to anyone male, female, gay, straight as long as you can pay your way and have a good attitude you’re in!
