I am looking for a flatmate to share my appartment. Recently renovated it is small but comfortable the room can be furnished or unfurnished as you wish and has city views. There is one bathroom with bath/shower laundry kitchen balcony and living room. I am ten minutes walk to the train station on a very frequent line (every 5 mins) to the city takes 15 mins. If do not have a car its a ten minute walk to the beach and Brighton Le Sands Promenade also ten minutes to Rockdale Plaze Shopping Centre. I am busy working and studying and am pretty private.
