I love to meet new people and can be easy to get along with.I am also VERY clean and tidy so I would prefer someone whose can adjust to helping out with house chores.Im looking for preferably long term FEMALE flatmates but dont mind if you stay a minimum of at least six months. The whole house is furnished besides your bedroom but its negotiable if you would prefer it furnished. Now there are two bedrooms and one is bigger then the other. So the larger room is available for $200 weekly.The apartment is in the Kingsgrove Area and is filled with sun light as the only thing dividing the balcony and the living room is windows !! =) Lots of fresh air coming in. Ive got to bedrooms available and both with built-in wardrobes.I live right near a bus stop and the train station is just down the road ! Im also right near the M5 so theres plenty of ways to get around!
