looking to rent a room in my modern-ish renovated 2 bedroom apartment. Room is NOT furnished. Flat is close to all shops and banks and a 10-15min walk to rockdale train station. ..I am a 20 year old straight proffessional male.. Applicant must have fulltime employement and be tidy… Pref female as the walls in the bedroom are pink with a purple feature wall and around my age (no creepy old poeple lol!).. Happy home hunting
