Hi Im looking for a flat mate from the start of April. The room is already equipped with cupboards and a double bed and you will get your own bathroom (with a bath tub!). The apartment itself is quite big and comes fully furnished so all you have to do is move in. It is located in a modern secure complex on Bridge Road with a gym pool and tennis courts and is about 10-15min walk to Westmead Station.I am a student and so would prefer a female student too but I am happy to consider other possibilites so please contact me if youre interested. I would prefer someone to start renting long term as I will be here for at least another 3 years.Rent is about $210-220 a week which include water. Electricity/gas bill will be shared.
