You will have your own room and bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes, power, phone, Foxtel and internet.

The complex has a swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and has good security. Westmead train station is only a 10 minute walk giving easy axcess to the city.

The room in unfurnished, but could be furnished if required.

I would like a female flatmate that is clean and tidy, non smoker, social but not a party person.

The room may suite an Asian student or someone working at Westmead Hospital.
