Hi i have a room to rent in a 4 bedroom 2 story unit in norhmead close to shops and transport theirs 2 males and 1 female we are all smokers and smoke on the balcony. theirs only off street parking available only theirs a mirrored builtin wardrobe and a balcony off the room. theirs 2 bathrooms one on each floor a washer and dryer. rent is $120 per week+ bills and 2 weeks bond required.
