I live with 2 other housemates in a relaxed and social house. There is one unfurnished room available. We live on the top storey of a 2-storey house which is sectioned off with its own private entry. There are 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. There is a large balcony overlooking the area as we are situated in a high position. We are social however respect each others own space as well and are looking for housemates who are similar.We have wireless internet home phone and most channels on Foxtel which is all included in the rent. We are looking for housemates who are easy going and sociable yet like having their own space as well. Someone who is happy to do chores as part of a weekly roster.
