My flatmates and I are looking for a friendly roommates to stay with us in 2 storey townhouse. The house is brand new with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with a small toilet downstairs There will be total 5 people living in the house. Surrounding is very quiet which is good for studying 15 mins away by walk from the Parramatta shopping centre. Or 5 mins to Harris Park station. Buses are coming from everywhere and the train is also available. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy easy going a non-smoker and honest. The nationality is not a concern.
