3 young, friendly, easy going professionals looking for a new house mate to join us in our home. The house itself is on the water in Putney, close to public transport including the river-cat only a few hundred metres up our street. There’s a bus stop very close by that takes you to the city. The room well lit, with built-in wardrobes. Great kitchen with a huge living area opening onto a big balcony with nice water views. The sunsets over the water are something special. Full laundry, full size bathrooms, internet and foxtel. All utilities are split evenly. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy and friendly, and wants a home more than just a room.
