The apartment is located in Sheperds Bay Meadowbank and is 4 mins walk to Ferry Bus and Train stations all with direct routes to CBD (approx 25 mins). We have the newly open shopping complex underneath the apartment buildings with everything you need so you rarely have to step foot outside of the complex. The spare room currently has a futon in it (which is yours if you need time to get a bed) and is being used for storage and has double wardrobe with shelves and draws otherwise the rest of the apartment is fully furnished with TV/DVD/Video ADSL Unwired internet BBQ DIshwasher Microwave full laundry etc. There are 2 bathrooms so you are able to have one to yourself. Utilities for the month will be a total of $80 for elec/gas/net.I am a really nice fun loving girl who works office hours and are just looking for someone to happily fill the second bedroom. 4 weeks rent upfront as bond.
