My house has park view and is in very good condition. It’s 10 minutes walk to Macquarie Uni , 2 minutes to bus station and just next to Epping Boy High School. It’s convenient and close to sport courts.Rooms are very clean, comfortable.and quiet. We have 3 good size and bright rooms for students. Rooms are furnished and with build in wardrobes. 3 students use 1 nearly new bathroom and 2 toilets. We have ADSL2+ internet access and could provide nice meals for students.
