We are looking for a house mate as our current housemate has left full time work to study, & moving in with her parents.

We need to fill the room pretty quickly.

3 bedroom house, plenty of parking.

We have one room to fill, it will be partly furnished with a double bed, desk & small built in wardrobe.

We need someone to fill in 1 of the rooms, all we are looking for is someone who can afford to pay $150/week and help with standard bills (Electricity, water & Internet).

Preferably we would like someone with a full time job between the ages of 18-30, no preference on Gender or Nationality.
Smoking is allowed as long as it is outside. No pets are allowed.
