Walk to Station Macquarie shopping Centre and University.Im easy going and work most evenings and weekends. The room available is the master with en-suite and there is an indoor heated pool and spa within the townhouse complex. Room is currently unfurnished but has built-in robe and study nook (I may be able to arrange some furniture if required).Basically just looking for someone with a steady income thats easy to get along with. I have a house cat also so would need to like cats.
