Hello I have a lovely master bedroom for rent across the road from Macquarie Uni and Woolworths. All utilities are included except part of the electricity bill which is shared between housemates for any amount over $600 per quarter (if under $600 per quarter then there is no additional cost to you).It is clean and well kept.
