Share with owner-occupier choreographer / dancer. Two friendly, large dogs (standard poodles which do not shed and therefore are non allergenic) guard the house.

In a meeting of the waters between the Lane Cove and Parramatta Rivers, Hunters Hill is a historic garden suburb that is famous for its beautiful early sandstone houses built by Italian stonemasons. There are a range of great nature walks throughout the area.
