We are looking for someone to rent a studio style granny flat at the rear of a main house located in Gladesville NSW (just off Victoria Rd).

With off street parking for 1 car included, buses to either City or Parramatta area are just a 5 min walk away.

The flat is an extension to the main house and located at the rear of the property. It has a separate locked driveway entrance.

Shared laundry arrangement and has its own separate shower/toilet.

The studio has reverse cycle air-conditioner and is tiled flooring.

There is a small kitchenette style arrangement which includes microwave, plug-in electric hotplate.

The property has a pool which may be used by arrangement

The main house is owned and occupied by an independent elderly lady with family and friends living nearby.

The ideal person we are looking for would be someone who could perform some very minor duties such as:

- simply putting out/collecting the bins on allocated days
- on occasion emptying the pool basket (especially after poor weather)
- quick sweep of the patio near the granny flat

The property is regularly maintained for lawns and pool care and gutter cleaning

The unit has some basic spare furniture included (if required) otherwise it is being offered as is and unfurnished.

Due to the size of the flat, we feel this would be best suited to 1 working person or working young/mature couples. This may also suit a student.

Couples with young children should not need apply.

Other arrangements considered could be working people from interstate/regional requiring accommodation for the working week?
