This spacious 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home is located 8 minutes walk from Epping Station in a quiet leafy street. It features a large modern kitchen and spacious living areas as well as a large backyard and two separate outdoor patio areas. There is also an indoor spa in the main bathroom. We also have a gym set up in the garage. About an 8 minute walk to Epping Station which is now one of Sydneys major train stations with express trains the the city and north Sydney as well as express to Strathfield for easy access to Sydneys west. The home is close to everything you need- the shops and restaurants of Epping as well as the local pool and a full size lap oval and recreation park one block away. Theres also a corner store just down the street not to mention its a five minute drive to MACQUARIE shopping centre. Were just off Epping road which allows quick access to the Lane Cove Tunnel and the city via car.Measuring 2950×4000 (including the built in) the room features a built in wardrobe and windows on two walls for that light breezy feeling. Its on the second floor at the front of the house so peace and privacy is assured. You will only need to share a bathroom with one other person and it is the master bathroom with a large shower (with awesome pressure) and a spa.Electricity and gas are split evenly and we also have to pay a percentage of the water bill which is split evenly as well. We buy all our own food and personal items (clothes washing powder etc) however we do take turns buying tablets for the dishwasher. We have FOXTEL and cable internet which if you want to use we can easily come to an arrangement.We are smart professional young people in the telecommunications industry. We are friendly laid back and have a diverse range of interests. We have vastly differing lifestyles and schedules.One funny friendly smart dog (fox terrier) who is well behaved and great company if your home alone.We are all young smart people and are looking for someone with common sense and knows what sharing house entails. We live in an amazing house on a great street and we treat the house as if we owned it.We live in a family oriented area and as such respect our neighbours. Between us we have a diverse range of interest and very different lifestyles and schedules. Were laid back dont mind the occasional beer and what not. I would also like to add that the room becomes available on the 7th of March (this is when the other person is moving) but if you need the room BEFORE then we can certainly come to an arrangement!
