Us
- 2 females mid 20′s and early 30′s long term in the property
- Full time professionals
- Enjoy fitness, cooking, drinks, movies etc.

This is not a social party home but a peaceful place we come to unwind. We have our own social schedules and respect eacothers privacy but we get along well to have the odd drink and chat at home. We are happy friendly people, relaxed and easy going.

Student OK but only part time, as we prefer someone who is working. We are pretty neat and tidy so would love similar Also we’re non-smokers but it?Ts OK if you smoke outside. Pay bills on time, it’s a given.

Long term only, min 6 mths please.

The Costs
- $185 rent per week
- Bond is $720 + 2 weeks advance rent
- Bills are shared 3 ways – elec normally $100 pq, water usage $20 pq and internet $20 pm – never any dramas.
