We are looking for a roommate.
Roommate needs to be between the ages of 18 and 25. Either male or female. Preferably if you are fun and friendly, but not a necessity.

The house is a 4 bedroom house with two living rooms two dining rooms, 2 bathrooms-one of the bathrooms has a large round spa bath tub. Both living rooms are equipped with numerous seating and large flat screen slim tv’s. The house is fully furnished, and everything is to share including utensils. A large courtyard and double lock up garage plus a front porch. The place is either tiles or new carpet and no wooden floors. The bedroom is massive and unfurnished, can easily fit a queen size bed, and large builtin wardrobe as well as a large window on looking the backyard and the reserved behind.

-1 min drive from carling ford court
-200meters from bus stop which goes to parramatta, epping station (5min by bus), Macquarie uni, Macquarie megaplex and Chatswood.
