About the house:

We have a large unfurnished bedroom available in a brick, 3 bedroom, 2 living area house on Lovell Road, Eastwood. The house is older, it has a moden kitchen and is spacious and clean. The bathroom would be shared however it does have a seperate toilet. There is a granny flat attached to the property which is also rented out. There is a big back yard which our dogs enjoy during the day. Close to Top Ryde shopping centre and MacQuarie university.

About us:

We are 2 guys that have been living together for almost 9 years now, we are both Kiwi’s and bought with us our 2 Kiwi Golden Retrievers. We are both in our mid 30′s, professional and like to be comfortable at home. We both work in the Travel and Hotel industry. We are not big party people however we do like to host and attend dinner partys and enjoy a few vino’s often. We do not know many people in Sydney so we do not go out very much.

About you:

You must be dog friendly and be comfortable with having dogs around you inside the house. You would be responsible, easy going and able to clean up after yourself. You would ideally be working or have a steady income to be able to pay your rent on time and pitch in with the chores.

The Financials:

$250per week (single) including power, water and wifi
$280per week (couple) including power, water and wifi

2 weeks bond plus 2 weeks rent in advance.
