Large desk broad band internet. The house is beautifully furnished and clean. It includes light and spacious living room and sunny terrace bush garden large kitchen bathrooms with both shower and bath. Its a short walk to busses to City (30 minutes) and Macquarie University (20 minutes). Its a quiet and green neighbourhood with indoor parking.I am looking for flatmate that prefers a tidy and clean house preferably working full time or university student. I will prefer someone looking to stay long term min. 3 months that is a non smoker. No pets allowed.
