This is a very nice clean and fully furnished single room with built-ins separate bathroom and balcony. U can enjoy the sunshine in the yard. The townhouse is close to the Eastwood. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop which will drive u to Parramatta Eastwood Macquarie Uni Chartswood etc. Ur housemates are very quiet and friendly.
