Room is unfurnished. Extra wardrobe space available outside of room. Lock up Garage is used for storage only, so heaps of storage available.

Rest of apartment is furnished. Some things in photos will be removed as they belong to current flatmate moving out. Air con in apartment but haven’t needed it so far this summer.

Wireless Broadband Internet is included for free.

Walking distance to either Queenscliff or Freshwater Beaches. Multiple bus options available within close walking distance, including express bus to city.

I expect shared areas to be kept clean & tidy, and duties shared – a universal sharing rule.
