Flat mate wanted to share large two bed beach side apartment in quiet block. Carpeted b rooms wood floors throughout living area and hall tiled bath and kitchen. The kitchen is fairly new granite bench tops dishwasher stove good electric cook top and cupboards. Balcony with bbq table and chairs which is a great spot to sit and have a drink in the afternoon sun. The apartment is fully furnished with all the usual stuff. The room for rent isnt furnished and doesnt have built ins! but there is a car spot that comes with the room!!. The laundry is shared space but complete with own washer and dryer. The backyard joins straight onto the beach!.Preferably looking for someone female I find girls to generally be better organised and much cleaner. mid 20s who is tidy easy going and has a JOB!. Im 27 surf work full time as a painter locally clean tidy and have no probs with having people round although being in an apartment considering neighbours is important!
