I have 1 cosy room to rent in my home in South Narrabeen. Its a nice quite area with plenty of street parking so If you have a car you can typically find parking right in front. Or there is some visitor parking if not already being used. There are local shops nearby and public transportation as well. The room is fully furnished with bed and wardrobe. TV and internet included in the rent. Other utilities including gas and electricity are also included. The rent is $200 per week. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home living room kitchen and bathroom. Ideally Im looking for a professional female aged late 20s to late 30s someone to stay at least three-six months a non smoker and not too noisy.
