Looking for a new female flattie to share my lovely flat in Manly, with me and my cat, Milo.

About me
I am a 33 year old working full-time professional. I love watersports and I can always be talked into trying something new. My other interests are traveling, which I have been lucky to do a bit of, keeping fit, music/movies and socialising. I love lazy days chilling at the beach, at home, or passing the time away with friends.

Milo, a very handsome fluffy ginger cat who loves to be part of the action. He’s into everything, loves hanging out in boxes and baskets and having his belly rubbed.

About the flat
Bright, inviting, cosy and quiet, 2 bedroom apartment, in Manly. Everything is pretty much provided except a bed. The bathroom is spacious with a shower and a separate bath. There is a dining room with table and chairs perfect for entertaining and a comfy living room for chilling out on the big sofa to watch movies and TV. Wifi is available and a Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. If you have a car there is usually a park outside the house, permit available. If you have something smaller like a scooter I have a Lock Up Garage with space. There is also a swimming pool on the premises and balcony with the flat.

It’s in a great location, 5 mins walk to the beach, very close to express bus stop to the city and a nice walk along the beach to the wharf to catch a ferry and there is a supermarket just across the road.

“Bedroom” is available: July 19, 2013 but if needed earlier it is available NOW

The bedroom is large with enough space for a queen bed & extra furniture, it also has built-in wardrobes, so you should have enough storage space. The room is quiet with nice window openings, it’s carpeted and has a wall heater for the winter months.

About you
I’m looking for a friendly and considerate professional person, who likes a drama-free home. A person who doesn’t mind doing their bit around the home to keep it clean and tidy. I would prefer someone with similar interests and a sociable attitude as I am always keen to meet new people and try new things. That said I always respect other peoples space and privacy and I look for someone who thinks and does the same.
