I have 2 rooms for rent..one is double size with own balcony avail Sept 8. The other room is smaller and is $220/k and avail now. Both are clean and bright with double bed wardrobe and drawers. The duplex is on top floor and newly renovated with carpet floorboards and new kitchen. The living/dining area is furnished in groovy retro style and there are window all around. I share my laundry washing machine and pots dishes etc. so all that is needed is own linen. I am a busy single woman who is out alot so you will have some space.
