Are you fun social active enjoy a night out on the weekend and looking for a room in a luxury pad in Manly?Looking out over the ocean and the beaches our place is on Eastern Hill in the estate with the hotel school and 10mins walk from the heart of Manly.The apartment has three bedrooms two bathrooms an office a laundry large lounge room and a big deck on the ground floor leading directly out onto the giant semi-private grassy park overlooking the ocean and beaches.Who are we?We are two young professionals who work in Neutral Bay and Chatswood. We are fairly easy going although like getting out to try the different things that Manly has to offer. We have dinner together from time to time and cook about as often. We both enjoy having a great place to come back to each night that makes us feel just a little like we are on a perpetual holiday. Some of the activities one or both of us do when out of the apartment are playing competitive squash flying photography going to the beach swimming rock climbing snowboarding (although not nearby!) going to see live bands and music festivals cycling hiking and running. Who are you?We are looking for a fun social local who is honest reliable and is willing to take responsibility for cleaning up after themselves and emptying the dishwasher or taking out the garbage from time to time. Nothing over the top as we do have cleaners come in every two weeks for the big stuff.$330 Weekly rent includes Internet and fortnightly cleaning. Electricity and Gas is divided evenly 3 ways and is payable quarterly ($390 per quarter). Rent is payable monthly ($1430 per month).The room for rent will easily fit a double bed has a wall port for the internet and has vents for the reverse cycle AC that the rest of the apartment is on.
