We are a couple in our early 30′s, living in our family owned apartement nesstled on Eatsern Hill and close to 5 beaches, buses, ferries and corso.

The Apartment is north facing and gets full sun from morning to night.

It’s a 3 bedroom but the 2nd bedroom is used as a office and placed in between the two occupied bedrooms give each room privacy from one another.
We have our own ensuit so you would get the main bathroom as your own.

Recently fully furnished with trendy furniture, white goods, internet and smart tv.
12 months ago we renovated with new paint and carpet too.

Your room is east facing so it gets the morning sun, new curtains, massive built in wardrobe, new windows, carpet and paint.
We can supply a double bed and 42 inch tv for your room if required? otherwise the room will be unfurnished and will easily fit a queen bed and desk or chest of draws.

Pretty chilled out Mon-Fri nights as we both work during the week, but don’t mind the occasional wine or beer on the weeknights. Come the weekend we are active and usually out and about spending time with friends or boating.

This would suit a professional female 26-36 who is down to earth and easy going, social, friendly, clean, tidy and not a potato couch.
It is important we find the right person as it woud be for you to find the right place.

Rent is $340 per week including unlimited INTERNET
Security deposit is 2 weeks
(but your still required to give 4 weeks if you decide to leave at any stage)

Electric approx $100 each per 1/4
