Its in a block of 4 so is a quiet place to live and has a large back yard/bbq area. Kitchen door opens to yard and there is a fantastic view of the harbour nth/Sth head from the kitchen and dining rooms. Bedrooms are seperated by seperate bathroom/toilet. I am looking for a professional to share preferably for a one year. I am an easy-going person who loves to have a drink in the evenings and a laugh. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.
