I have a small double room available in my apartment in Dee Why. 2 blocks back from the beach (about a 3 minute walk to the beach/cafe strip).

The nitty gritty…

* $250 per week includes all bills & high speed internet
* I have two small pups so you must be a dog LOVER. Pups are house/toilet trained and don’t have access to the bedrooms/bathroom/laundry – only the living area
* Top floor, balcony, private laundry
* Loads of street parking
* Apartment is furnished but your room is empty so free to decorate as you wish!
* I am a full-time working professional female, so am looking for a like-minded female flatmate
* Definitely not a party house… extremely chilled, light, bright, airy apartment – this would suit someone who wants their home to be their sanctuary and loves to come back to a place where they can just relax and un-wind
* I am house proud and love my apartment ?” looking for someone who wants to make this place their home
* Bond is $1000
* No couples please or people with other pets
