I have a room available in a 2 bedroom apartment in Dee Why. Apartment is newly renovated fully-furnished and in a quiet area. Its only a 3 minute walk to buses and Dee Why shops and a 10 min walk to the beach. All bills are included in rent ($230 pw) which includes Foxtel wireless broadband and electricity. I am a 25 year old female I work full-time in North Sydney in marketing and Im studying my MBA part-time. I enjoy the outdoors going to the beach the gym and socialising on weekends. I am looking for a female housemate aged between 21 – 29 preferably long-term who is clean tidy and easy to get along with.
