This is a really beautiful place that is a rare find. If you’re a nature lover that likes open space, the outdoors and a relaxing, homely environment, this will be your sanctuary.
About our Home:
Sadly my flatmate is moving and I will be hoping to find someone to share this lovely apartment with. There is no tv and that’s the way we like it (you can put one in your room if you wish). It’s furnished apart from a bed for your room. As you can see there’s a built-in with ample drawers. There’s also a linen cupboard in the corridor and a separate laundry. The sliding doors open onto a verandah that looks onto natural bush surrounds. Possums, owls and a variety of other wildlife are abundant and it’s nice to just sit and listen to the ocean at night with a glass of wine in hand.
About Me:
I’m a nature lover and am almost always outside doing something. Music however plays a big part in my life (along with watersports) so there’ll usally be some tunes playing somewhere. I’m pretty easy going – and I”m out and about a fair bit. When I am home it’s important to ‘feel at home’ and nothing pleases me more than a good ole chat on universal topics and life in general. I also like to have people over as I generally live by ‘the door’s always open’ policy…but again don’t take the piss either as I respect my flatmate also.
What’s cool and what’s not:
As it’s a shared apartment, being clean, tidy, respectful and considerate are all pretty important – as is paying the rent on time. If you’re the kind of person that leaves things lying around or doesn’t really care about cleaning up after yourself, then this is not the place for you. It’s definitely not a party house although we do like to have a friend over for dinner now and again..all in good measure.
The ideal flatmate would be an independant, considerate, well travelled person that has interests and hobbies and a social life of your own (and employed!). You like your quiet time and also enjoy the odd evening at home having a meal together or sitting outside with a glass of wine. You’re not one to lock yourself away in your bedroom (although you can if you really want to!).
If you like the sound of this, then please drop me a line (outside office hours) and we can take it from there :-).
