Room avaliable in my 2 bedroom apartment in Dee Why which includes a double base bed futon style however I would recommend that a matress would be required for the base. The apartment includes comfortable living area and will include Foxtel to be avaliable from 22 December I can get broadband internet if it is required. All bills to be split in half including water electricity foxtel and broadband internet if required. Located close to transport (5 min walk) the beach (10-15 min) and shops (5min). Im looking for a female flatmate Who is mature respectful of others space and will not throw parties but I am happy to go out for dinner once in a blue moon Thanks Sarah
