The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the Dee Why shops (coles) and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

I have just bought a new mattress for the bed, there is also included a set of draws, bedside table, wardrobe with draws.

I am look for a respectful professional like myself preferably female.

The rent is $230 per week, bond is $460.

Bills are additional, which are split in half and includes the electricity every 3 months and foxtel $60 per month, non negotiable.
