I am looking for a nice,friendly and tidy person to rent a room in my and lovely 2 bedrooms unit, with a cool balcony, laundry washing machine (out side), 1 bathroom, kitchen and dinner/living room.

The unit is located in Dee Why less than 5 min away from Coles, Aldi, Harris Farm(Dee Why Grand), woolworths and main bus stop and 3 sec from the beach. You will have your own bedroom, massive wardrobe and unlimited Internet.

I am looking for ONE person or a 2 friends (in this case 170 each) !
