The house in unfurnished so you would be welcome to bring house furnishings. About the people:There are currently 2 females living in the ‘main house’ who are 36 and 34 years old. Both girls lead a relatively healthy and busy lifestyle but also like some time at home. Both work full time and are honest and reliable. We only occasionally have friends over as there are people to consider in the house. During winter we like to bring out the fireplace to sit around in the backyard. What we are looking for:The studio would be best suited to a couple or a single professional. Ideally we would like someone roughly the same age as the current housemates. It would suit someone/couple who employed full time honest trustworthy respectful and reliable. The house would suit someone who is easy going laid back and considerate of others leads a healthy lifestyle willing to contribute to the house etc. We would like to sign another 6 or 12 month lease.
