Looking for clean professional/responsible female/male (couples will be considered) to rent 1 x large double bedroom with built-in wardrobes ducted air-conditioning and polished wooden floorboards. The bathroom is shared with my other female flatmate. You will be sharing with a male and female who are busy professionals. Room is sunny has digital TV access and there is a landline with wireless internet in the house. Bedroom and living spaces are large stylish modern with beautiful architectural design. Kitchen is open plan with modern Miele appliances more of a home than an apartment. Long term rentals will get preference.
