The unit has two bedrooms. One of the them will be available on the 24th of July.My friend will go back to Brazil leaving her room available.The flat is furnished but the rent doesnt cover bills.To go to the beach from here you just have to walk for 4 minutes.The laundry is shared but just next door.I would love to live with someone who is relaxed works and cleans up after herself.I lOve pets but our rental agreement doesnt allow us to have one.
