I have a spare bedroom in my 2 bedroom unit in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. I am looking for someone who needs the room only when they are in town. I am not looking for anybody to be there month long. I am 29, normal Australian Girl. I also have two kittens that live in the unit. This is the reason why I prefer to have someone stay only part of the time. The room comes with a bed and wardrobe. 3 mins walk to Dee Why Beach and public transport. Rent is $200 a week (cheap because you wouldn’t be there all the time)
