Hi I have a nice single room to let in a large private house. The room has a southerly aspect in the suburb of Belrose which is a northern suburb of Sydney. Belrose is a very green leafy quiet suburb and my house is 10 minute walk from a small shopping centre and 15 minutes from a much larger shopping centre. It is a 5 minute walk from either of two bus stops. The room is approx. 3 X 4 metres and has a bed desk draws wardrobe and large book shelf. Your large bathroom is across the passage way and the home has a large kitchen and TV room and of course clothes washing and drying facilities. Larger storage facilities could be provided downstairs.Limited Wireless Internet could be provided if required. Photos are available.
