The property is a big house with 4 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs with separate kitchen lounge room and bathroom that opens up to a huge backyard.We are a family of 4 Mum and 3 kids aged 24 15 and 12. We all live upstairs so we are offering the one bedroom kitchen bathroom and lounge room area and use of the backyard. Entry to the house is shared however downstairs is private.We have a small dog and a cat that will need access to the backyard through the backdoor in the downstairs living area. They are very friendly animals and your small pet will be considered if you have one.The living area is furnished with 2 lounges coffee table dining table and TV. The large kitchen has a built in bench microwave fridge small portable stove and small portable oven and a sink. The kitchen is shared with the washing machine and dryer – we will need access to these and you are welcome to also use. The bedroom is unfurnished.Downstairs there is also a bathroom consisting of a sink and toilet. Shower is located upstairs and will be shared with the 24 year old female – times can be allocated for usage if required and cleaning of the shower is provided.Rent of $300 per week will cover elecrticity and water usage.Single person or a couple are accepted.Please call or email me if you would like to see some photos or if you would like to arrange to inspect.Bond will also be required and will be given back to you when you leave providing no damage has been left.Located a 5 minute walk from Warringah Mall 5 minute walk to transport and 5 minute drive to beach. 6 months stay accepted however a 12 month or longer stay is prefferred.Please contact me for any additional information.
