- 1 lock up car space comes with the room
- large built in wardrobe
- bills come once every 3 months, gas and electricity (around $50 each bill usually)
- Rent gets taken out monthly for the month ahead (monthly rent is due once moved in and settled $1000)
- NO BOND REQUIRED
- Have unlimited wireless internet throughout the whole house for $40 per mth per person
