One of the bedrooms has been converted into a large study so it would suit a student quite well. It is a very friendly neighbourhood close to shops (5 min walk), train station (10 min walk) and the m5 (2 min drive).

Renovated Kitchen & Bathroom. Improvements planned to outdoor entertaining area. Huge back yard and front yard. House is fully furnished except for your room so all you need is a bed.

Huge back yard with 3 chickens. Huge front yard. I’d be open to allowing a small outdoor dog if it got along with the hens.

Your room size will be 3.6m x 2.5m. Has a small built in robe, window, ceiling fan.

I have instant gas hot water and a water tank so utilities are much cheaper. I’ll cover the supply charges and then we divide the gas, elec and water usage charges equally.

We can split food costs or keep separate I’m not fussed.

High speed Internet (100M) included free. Plenty of parking space but not garaged. I can furnish the room if necessary however this will probably make the rent a bit more.
